The Discovery Center Gift Shop has a big day planned with sales, giveaways, fun activities for the kids, live music, plus delicious treats. All purchases in the gift shop help to support the programs and management of the Albany Pine Bush Preserve.
Back by popular demand, shoppers can spin the Museum Store Sunday Prize Wheel again this year. All purchases over $25 win a spin of the prize wheel, purchases over $100 win a second spin for a prize, and each purchase of a Museum Store Sunday gift bag, the featured book Why Would Anyone Cut Down a Tree or our custom wood chipmunk puzzle entitles the buyer to yet another spin of the prize wheel.
We have amazing Albany Pine Bush Preserve gear as prizes this year, including mugs, glasses, t-shirts, lunch bags, notecards, key rings, APBP Pocket Naturalist Guides and Perspectives Photo Exhibit magnets. Grand prize is a Lupine Level benefit package from Friends of the Pine Bush Community, Inc ($50 donation level) that can be gifted or kept by the winner.
All hooded sweatshirts will be on sale, $5.00 off. New Doodle Pants animal hoodies have arrived, sizes 18 months to 6T. We also have a variety of Albany Pine Bush Preserve Hoodies in youth and adult sizes, from youth extra small to adult 4XL.
Purchase special Museum Store Sunday Nature Journalling Gift Bags for just $25.00 each. This year’s gift bag is valued at almost $38, plus buyers get an extra spin of the prize wheel for each bag purchased!!!
Friends of the Pine Bush Community and our fabulous APB volunteers also get 10% off on all their gift ship purchases, so please remember to bring your discount card to save even more on Museum Store Sunday. If you haven’t already, consider joining the Friends organization.
