We are looking to form an outgoing team of outreach volunteers! Community Outreach Volunteers help promote a greater public understanding of the Albany Pine Bush Preserve by serving as official representatives at external and internal events. Volunteers will set up provided Albany Pine Bush displays at events, and share key massages while attending. Outreach is a fun way to interact with the community while promoting the APB.

Attendance at volunteer training on Saturday, August 17 from 10:30am – 1pm is required. A secondary meeting with all outreach volunteers will be scheduled at a later date.

Albany Pine Bush Discovery Center
From I-87 take exit 2W (Rt 5 West, Central Avenue). Follow Rt 5 for about 2 miles then turn left onto Rt 155 (New Karner Rd). Continue on Rt 155 for about 1.2 miles. The Discovery Center is located on the left at 195 New Karner Road. (518)456-0655
