Come learn about what makes skunk cabbage unique and the important role it plays in the ecosystem. We'll walk, chat, and explore the pine barrens vernal pond community where they are found within the preserve. Suitable for tweens, teens and adults.

Join Albany Pine Bush Preserve Commission staff for a walk through the Pine Bush to watch the elaborate flight displays of the American Woodcock. We will start inside with a presentation and then continue outside for a 0.9 mile-hike. Suitable for families with children ages 6+.
