Suitable for tweens, teens, and adults
The Albany Pine Bush is home to many unique plant and animal species. How do they all survive during the winter? Gain a whole new perspective on the coldest season of the year by observing signs of animal activity, identifying plants after they've lost their leaves, and much more on this 0.9-mile hike over rolling sand dune topography. If necessary, we will snowshoe. Snowshoes will be provided to program participants. This program will meet at the Kings Highway Barrens Trailhead (#9).
