Albany Pine Bush Preserve Commission

Commission Board

Oversees the implementation of the Commission's mission to manage and protect the preserve, particularly the Management Plan. The Board reviews and approves finance, audits, policies and other related procedural elements to comply with appropriate laws, regulations and fiduciary requirements. The public is welcome to attend quarterly meetings of the board.

Technical Advisory Committee

Advises municipal and state planning agencies on ways to balance proposed economic development and the conservation of important Pine Bush natural resources. The Technical Committee also advises APBPC staff on the protection and management of environmental and cultural resources in the preserve.
