Join us!
Nature inspires us to create, share and express ourselves. This May, come get inspired by the Albany Pine Bush and create or share something new. Whether it's discussing The Soul of an Octopus... at the Friends' Book Club on May 20th, trying your hand at sketching at our Drop-in Nature Journaling program on May 3rd, stopping by the Discovery Center to make a butterfly craft, or other scheduled program or activity, we hope you're inspired to join us at Lupine Fest!
Your Inspiration
- Decorate a butterfly! Drop by the Discovery Center and decorate a butterfly to take home or leave there to display in celebration of Lupine Fest.
- Drop-in Nature Journaling: Sunday, May 3, 2pm-3:30pm Drop-in to the Discovery Center to learn how to keep a nature journal and try your hand at sketching an owl.
- Book Club: Wednesday, May 20, 7pm Join Friends of the Pine Bush Community for an online Zoom discussion about the book: The Soul of an Octopus: A Surprising Exploration into the Wonder of Consciousness by Sy Montgomery. Sign up here.
