On Sunday December 1st, more than 2,100 Museum Stores representing all fifty states and the District of Columbia, 25 countries, and 5 continents will offer relaxing, inspired shopping inside your favorite museums and cultural institutions.
Museum Store Sunday offers a special shopping experience in one-of-a kind stores, showcasing broad assortments of highly curated, unique, mission-specific gifts. With items in stock like books, jewelry, children’s products and home accessories, there is something for everyone. Shop knowing you are supporting the missions and programs of each participating museum and cultural institution.
We invite you, your family, and your community, to “Be A Patron” at The Albany Pine Bush Discovery Center on Museum Store Sunday, December 1st, 2024 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Holiday shoppers will not only find quality gifts filled with inspiration and educational value, but through their purchases, will also help support the work of the Albany Pine Bush Preserve Commission.

The Discovery Center Gift Shop has a big day (sales, giveaways, a raffle, and treats!!) planned for Museum Store Sunday on December 1st this year. Come join us on the Sunday after Thanksgiving, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, to shop, save and win!
Your purchases support the preserve
Shoppers foster ongoing appreciation and knowledge of nature, culture, science, and history. When you, the patron, purchase a gift from the Discovery Center, you help to support the Albany Pine Bush Preserve Commission’s work.
Friends of the Pine Bush Community and our fabulous APB volunteers also get 10% off on all their gift shop purchases, so please remember to bring your discount card to save even more on Museum Store Sunday. If you haven’t already, consider joining the Friends of the Pine Bush Community.
