Suitable for ages 10+. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Join us for a morning walk to learn how to use binoculars and identify birds by sight and sound. We will be taking a 0.9-mile hike to search for birds of all shapes and sizes, and practice listening for their calls. We’ll slow down, pausing frequently to listen and look for birds and observe their activities! We will have binoculars and field guides to help us identify any birds we may encounter! This program will meet at the kiosk at Karner Barrens Trailhead (#1).
