Enjoy the Pine Bush at night with a hike under the full moon and experience some of the unique features of life after the sun goes down. We will meet at the new Kings Highway Barrens trailhead (#9) and hike approximately 1.5 miles over sandy, hilly terrain.

Trailhead #9 Kings Highway Barrens
Directions from Discovery Center to Kings Highway Barrens (Trailhead 9). At traffic light in front of Discovery Center building, continue straight through intersection, onto Old State Road. Follow Old State Rd. 0.6 miles to 3 way stop sign intersection. At stop sign, turn right onto Kings Road. Continue straight on Kings Road for 1.3miles. Trailhead will be on your right hand side of the road. Look for pull off area, split rail fencing, and brown kiosk.
