Suitable for adults

The practice of nature journaling allows us to see our surroundings from a new and deeper perspective. Join Science Education Specialist India Futterman, writer Kat Fitzpatrick and Guilderland High School science teacher Jen Ford on Zoom for an afternoon of observation, reflection, and creativity! Together, we’ll spend time studying local nature from the small scale to the big picture, and using prompts to inspire sketching, prose, and scientific inquiry. Budding naturalists and experienced nature diarists alike are welcome! Participants will need a writing utensil and several pieces of paper (any kind will work).

Please reserve one ticket for your entire party.

If you have trouble logging in the day of the program please contact support@albanypinebush.org for help.

All guests are welcome and encouraged to actively participate in our limited access in-person and virtual programs through interactive questions and conversation.  The Albany Pine Bush Preserve Commission (APBPC) requests that guests respect that such interactions will be respectful and that the content of such interactions will be pertinent to our in-person and virtual programs.

This event is part of Lupine Fest 2021. For more information visit www.AlbanyLupineFest.org
